This paper proposes a simple and effective retinal fundus image simulation modeling to enhance contrast adjust the color balance for symmetric information in biomedicine. The aim of study is reliable diagnosis AMD (age-related macular degeneration) screening. method consists few steps. Firstly, local refined with CLAHE (Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization) technique by operating CIE L*a*b* space. Then, contrast-enhanced stretched rescaled histogram scaling equation overall brightness offsets standardize it Hubbard’s range. proposed was assessed images from DiaretDB0 STARE datasets. findings experimentation section indicate that results delightful naturalness along standard lesions.
